Refund policy
All our products are specially handcrafted and made-to-order based. We keep 4'' margins on each side of every piece so that any necessary alterations can be done. We also offer customisation for the best fit. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any returns or refunds. However, in case you’re looking for alterations, we’ll be happy to help you.Â
Please note, we also do not accept returns if the size ordered by the customer is not correct. To get a better understanding of your proper size please refer to our size guide or reach us at +916290332808. You can also opt for customisation for the best fit.
Refund and Exchange Options
Refund Method: We hope you love everything that you purchase from us because we make every product with utmost love and care. Each product is made to order and hence we do not offer any refunds.
Exchange Options: We accept exchange in case you receive any damaged/ defective product and we are informed about the same within 24 hours from delivery.
The item must be in the original condition, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags intact. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer should send the damaged/defective garment back to us at the given address as we don't offer a reverse-pickup facility.Â
Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer.
If approved, we will immediately notify you and offer you store credits only for damaged products The store credits can be used against future purchases at www.espee.com anytime.Â
Please note that Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us.
Exchange Policy : We hope you like everything that you order from us because we absolutely make every product with love and care. However, the color of any outfit might appear slightly different in photos due to variation in screen resolution or display settings of your device.
In case upon receiving your order, you find the product to be damaged in transit please inform us about the same. We would be happy to provide a refund or exchange only for damaged products.Â
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the goods reach us we shall dispatch the exchanged product. Please note we exchange any product only ONCE and exchanged products shall not be exchanged again.
We have a 7-day exchange policy for Domestic Orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

If your exchange is accepted, you need to send the product back to us for an exchange. If items are sent back to us without first requesting, it will not be accepted.Â

5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale Items: Pieces purchased in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable/exchangeable. There will be separate alteration charges applicable for sale pieces.Â
In case of a fit issue we can alter the size for the same style. All orders placed during sale will be delivered in 15-20 working days. We do not accept any return, exchange or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at espee.boutique@gmail.com . No cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of order placement. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
